The Essential Instruction on Trekcho
Adzom Gyalse Rinpoche
Trekcho, translated as "cutting through", is a core practice within the Dzogchen tradition. It provides the instructions necessary to recognize the mind's original purity and to rest in that natural state without conceptual effort. By following Longchenpa's profound text, participants will explore the direct path to realizing the essence of their own mind.
